Michelle Prince

VP, Quality

Michelle Prince is Vice President at Lannett Company, where she has held quality leadership roles since 2018. She joined Lannett as Supplier Quality Manager, became Site Quality Head in 2024, and was named Vice President in 2026.

Michelle began her career as a biochemist in the medical device industry before moving into pharmaceuticals. She has since led packaging operations and the manufacturing of liquids, creams, suspensions, ointments, and solutions, and then moved into Quality Assurance management, overseeing the deviation, complaint, and batch release processes.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.
